Israeli Tech's Big Reset - What to Know

The Weekly Dispatch

Top posts from this week

Hi everyone, this week on VC Cafe I’m looking at the reset taking place across Israeli tech, venture capital and software. Layoffs are reaching more companies as the strong shekel, AI disruption and post-2021 cost structures force difficult decisions. At the same time, AI coding tools are changing the economics of software, making it faster and cheaper to build but not necessarily easier to fund. And as AI agents move from demos into real workflows inside SMBs and enterprises, the opportunity is growing, but so is the pressure on the startups building them. As always, there are reasons to be concerned, but also reasons to be optimistic about what comes next.
